Quote needed for: Remove and/or dispose of current fixtures which are; Remove current floor tiles Vanity Heated towel rail Toilet - remove but keep Shower Remove sliding door from north wall and blank it out (Current walls are lockwood style solid wood, may be able to use wood from where the new door is to go) Add door to West wall (you will need to source, am okay with swing door, slider barn type or cavity slider). Old slider door could be reused. Tile all walls floor to ceiling (and floor) Tiles will be provided Re-install toilet Install new wall hung vanity on south wall which I will supply Install new heated towel rail behind door which I will source and supply Install new shower which I will supply Paint window frame on east wall Repaint ceiling Install mirror cabinet with demister and light on South wall above vanity Bathroom is 1.9mx1.9m Other notes: Crawl space under house provides easy access to the water and waste services (nothing is buried) House is a very old lockwood design on wooden piles It has a high vaulted ceiling If cost is reasonable I am also interested in doing the following; Removing laundry tub Putting in a small wardrobe with access from the bedroom
