Early March Bathroom Renovation Takanini

Start a.m. Sat 7th March at earliest. Finish p.m. Wed 11th March at latest. Remove & dispose of old shower, to make way for a freestanding small bath (old shower is corroded at base. Type is like this: --- ). Vanity: if not already completed, carefully disconnect taps and plumbing piping. Remove vanity with basin and shift into outdoor storage shed ready for resale. Carefully remove wall mirror and shift into outdoor storage shed ready for resale. If provided in advance, then also fix replacement wall mirror. Remove carpet flooring down to bare concrete and put outside (to left of stairs in front yard), so ready for flooring company to dispose of. Newly exposed wall area where shower and vanity was: repair if needed, then complete preparation including waterproofed undercoating to full wall height, so ready for wall decorating/tiler to begin. Prep roof for fresh waterproofing coating and apply fresh waterproofing coating, so ready for roof decorating/painting to begin. Collaborate and work in with myself and Plumber, to accommodate the agreed placement and connection of a small tub where shower was and a smaller vanity. If replacement vanity not provided in advance and if no change of info confirmed by me, then leave gap of at least 760mm where old vanity was for positioning the replacement. Due to existing concrete floor, may be requested to also build/provide a suitable sturdy frame to hide bath piping and for bathtub to sit over: TBC.
