Repairing/installing kitchen cupboard

I have a small kitchen originally fitted a 600mm wide electric freestanding cooker/oven. Recent years we installed the gas so we put 900mm gas cooker/oven. Due to that we removed the cupboard of 300mm wide part as well as the door of the cupboard next door. Now we want to put back the 600mm cooker but then we don't have the cupboard or the door that came with originally so we want this to be restored in a cost effective way. Looking at changing the benchtop as well if it it's not too costly. Want to get this done asap by around 20 Jan. Would like to know what would that be done and rough idea of how much it would cost.
