Need to get following works done: 1. Take out existing toilet seat, shower cabin, vanity & tiles from both bathrooms & toilet. 2. Take out tub in bathroom 2. 2. Take out existing tiles from Kitchen, entrance, laundry & side strips in living rooms. 3. Put new tiles in all the areas where tiles were uprooted. 4. Install Shower cabins with full tiles & tiled base with waterproofing 5. Install 3 new Toilets (WC) 6. Install new vanity in both bathrooms 7. Restore all plumbing connections. Approximate areas: Bathrooms: 7.5 sqm each Toilet: 3 sqm Laundry: 6 sqm Kitchen & side strips: 15 sqm Entrance: 6 sqm Tiles & Bathroom ware will be provided.
