Cutting hole in bathroom ceiling

Hi. I need a price for cutting a 175mm diameter hole in our bathroom ceiling. There is a wooden support beam directly above the place where the hole needs to be cut. The hole is for a heat lamp to be fitted so I only need the whole cut through the ceiling GIB board and wooden support (I am not sure if the wooden beam needs supporting when the hole is cut). I have marked the ceiling where the centre of the hole needs to be.
