State House Bathroom slight reno

State house bathroom. Bath needs to be flipped (possibly re-enameled @ Dittmers) and shower installed overhead and shower door over bath? The wall paintwork is a shocker and would like to tile walls instead. Loo & basin re-newed relatively recently so that's ok (but the silicon has got mouldy and would like to do something with that). Ceiling to be skimmed (as had had leaks in the past), but owner prepared to paint ceiling, window and door. What floor there is (small room) is polished timber and doesn't really need attention either. No special timeframes.
