Bathroom/laundry renovation work

Our laundry/bathroom had leaking water issues which have now been resolved. The rooms have been partially stripped out and we are ready for some help with building. The rooms are 12 m2 in total. Replace chipboard flooring with plywood, install additional joists as necessary. Replace gib walls. Construct a doorstep to external door. Complete gibstopping /finishing ready for painting. We would like this work done within the next two months if possible. Not required: Painting, skirting boards and plumbing are already organised.
