Install Dishwasher #2

I am looking for someone to help me install a dishwasher into my kitchen, where it currently has no space or plumbing/electricity for a dishwasher. The intention is to edit the current cupboards to make room for a dishwasher and then install plumbing and electrical supplies to this space. Would prefer someone, or a team, who can do all of the required aspects here so that I do not have to organise multiple tradespeople to come in for the one job. I can supply the dishwasher or install it later, I just need the set up for it completed please. I am unsure of cost, so please feel free to give me a rough quote other than what has been estimated with this listing. Thanks!
