Shower, vanity and toilet need replacement urgently. This will also most likely involve the replacement of at least two walls of the en-suite which are currently covered in a 1990s wet area lining. We have concerns some of the framing behind the shower lining will also need replacing as the previous owner (a builder) hadn’t properly sealed at the bottom. We do have a plumber who is happy to do the plumbing work. The floor, currently in tiles may need attention also. We will have to keep the existing footprint as there is no scope for expansion. At present the toilet is leaking and the shower hand held rose has broken off from the wall fitting making it unusable. We would really value being able to get this done as soon as possible.
