Converting a garage to 2 bedrooms.

This is a large single garage to be converted into 2 bedrooms. The ceiling need to be covered with plywood and need insulation. The wall linings will be plywood and need insulation. The garage door will be removed and One large aluminium window need to be put in the new wall. The photos below will show the inside of the garage. 1st photo - show general location of the garage with the external dark red aluminium door. 2nd photo - shows the internal door in the studio opening into the garage. 3rd photo - shows to the left of the internal door the empty roof space with some roof trusses. The back window in the garage. The flourescent light in the garage. 4th photo - shows the space opposite the internal door. 5th photo - shows the front of the garage with door painted green colour. The ceiling is open except for the roof trusses. My left over stuff are stored here. Plywood ceiling and insilation.. 6th photo - shows part of the wall has been lined with plywood. There are my tables stored here. Walls need insulation and plywood linings. 7th photo - shows more of the central ceiling area to be closed with rafters and battens.
