Job description

Bathroom Renovation
Palmerston North

The bath-tub in the downstairs bathroom of my rental property (I'm the landlord) currently has a shower curtain which allows water to spill over on to the cork tiles. These cork tiles have been getting mouldy as a result. A company has now come in and ripped out the cork tiles, and will be installing vinyl flooring next week. I need a safety glass bathtub screen fitted to the front of the bath-tub between the two walls to contain all water inside. I would prefer sliding but I will take recommendations on folded or swinging as long as it doesn't interfere/hit any of the other parts of the bathroom (i.e. the door doesn't swing into the washbasin when it opens). As it is a rental property, I am looking to keep costs low, therefore I do not want an expensive/fancy sliding bath tub door, but at the same time I want something that is safety glass and will last. I would prefer it having the ability to cover the entire area between both walls to keep water in, but I will take recommendations on this. Can I request that to get the job you: 1. Provide your name, contact number, and email address. 2. Provide an expected date you can get to the job (the earlier the better). Photos attached below. Any questions please ask.

Daniel did a great job completing the bath screen door within the bathroom in my rental property. He was consistent and clear in his communications, did not make false promises, and attempted to complete the work as soon as practicable despite it being Christmas. Furthermore, what impressed me was his professionalism. The tenants commented on how polite and professional he was when entering and leaving the property. A previous (poor) contractor had left rubbish which Daniel offered to dispose of
