Replace existing shower unit and floor under unit

Replace existing shower unit (metal tray and sheet walls approx 1m x 1m ,1970s original) and particle board floor under unit. Floor is degrading but joists nearby have been checked by b.inspector to be OK. Replace shower with, for example, 3 sided acrylic type set and replace particleboard with H3 plywood.
