Kitchen Cupboard Doors and Drawers Refresh

Hi there, we have an older 1980's style kitchen that needs some refreshment. We're not looking to replace any of the existing cabinets, only looking to sand back the cupboard doors and restore what is current. Would also like to install the soft-close drawer mechanism - which will require the cutlery drawer stack inserts to be remade (to accommodate for the soft close mechanism). Cupboard doors are mostly in good condition, it's really only 3-4 that are bad. Am expecting to restore all to match. The exterior of the cabinets may need some attention in places also. Hinges will be replaced with same design - already purchased. Bench top will be replaced, but not covered in this scope of works.
