Small bathroom renovation - Takapuna

We have a small bathroom which we would like to renovate (see plans attached). Tasks would be: - Removing old shower, toilet and vanity - Removing very old wall linings - Removing plumbing for washing machine (as this is being located elsewhere) - Removing old built in cabinet with mirror from wall - Repairing walls (as appropriate for the building code) - Install new free standing shower (something like --- /) - Install new vanity that is located a little further away from the shower compared to original position - Install new toilet at new location (where the washing machine was previously) - Install new electric towel rail - All plumbing and electrical work completed - Repairs to vinyl flooring using spare vinyl planks (if this is not possible we can discuss other options) NB: There is a large crawl space under the house, which makes doing plumbing and electrical relatively easy.
