Renovation - small bathroom, laundry, back stairs
Job description
Floor of bathroom and laundry need replacing due to leaks, waterproofed and renovated plus outside stairs need replacing. Would like done before wet weather sets in. - so before Winter. The sooner the better.

Building work was great. Only issue I had was builder wanting to use own tradespeople. This didn’t work for me as I like to meet tradies working in my house so I can discuss the work and options. Builder’s plumber started job but couldn’t finish it so I had to get my plumber anyway. Prefer invoice when job is done with hours worked, hourly rate & materials used so I can see what I’m paying for. My electrician, tiler & plumber did but the builder & his plumber just gave a total for work done.

"Building work was great! Mark' workmanship is only the building work. You were happy with the total cost of the quote and have accepted the quote as a contract price for the building work(quote mentioned mark can arrange other trades to make the job easier for home owner, if home owner have their own trades no problem) he would have discussed that in person and you have agreed for him to do so. The plumber Mark arranged and used did not work for Mark the plumber worked for homeowner. Jane"
