Job description
Makeover of small 2x2.5m bathroom, comprising: 1. Installation of new shower box, toilet and wash basin, in same locations as old. Some new framing may be required for shower box. 2. New wall and ceiling linings and finish (Gib) 3. Laying new vinyl flooring 4. Installing bathroom cupboard, towel rails, toilet roll holder. Job needs to be completed before 13 February 2021, and work can proceed immediately. A targeted and contained job with easy downstairs access that could fit nicely “in between” larger projects.
