Bathroom renovation

Our bathroom needs to be gutted and relined. We are keeping the shower, bath and toilet in the same position but these both need to be removed and replaced with new items and fixtures. We need a door frame and inbuilt cupboard removed and made good. We want to remove the basin and replace it with a new double sink and reposition it, We will tile the floor and about 30% of the walls in the bathroom. Other than the floor the tiling will mainly be behind the bath/shower. We are happy to paint the remaining walls ourselves. We also need new lighting and a fan installed. We have already chosen all the new fixtures and fittings so the price estimate below is excluding hardware.
