Bathroom Renovation - Demo/Construction/Electrical/Plumbing/Tiling

Hi, we're after a bathroom reno specialist that can take care of a family bathroom overhaul - nothing too fancy, majority is really just like for like upgrades and tiling, so no need for Council involvement. PLEASE ADVISE WHEN YOU THINK YOU'LL BE ABLE TO START IN YOUR RESPONSE. Work required... Demolition: Removal of all existing tiles, sliding barn door and fixed wall mirror. Construction: Build in wall where sliding barn door was. Create shelf in shower wall. Short wall by toilet and adjoining shower/bath walls to be built slightly wider to accommodate new tiles. Adjoining shower/bath wall may need a few mm's in additional height so that a glass alcove door can be installed. Possibly need to reinforce wall to hold new wall hung basin. Modify bottom of window architrave to match the top (two separate architraves instead of one). Electrical: Relocate towel rail wall socket to newly built in wall and install towel rail. Additional independent LED ceiling light above toilet (wiring is in the wall behind the artwork, hoping this can be run into the ceiling). Remove old extractor wall fan and install a new one in the ceiling above shower New LED mirror requiring install. Plumbing: Removal of existing basin, toilet and tapware. Relocate cistern tap to right side of toilet. Plumb in new tapware, toilet and basin. Tiling: Floor, shower and two walls. Waterproofing where required. Floor tiles are --- , wall tiles are --- (approx 38m2 tiling if I've worked it out right). Wall tiles to be placed in Running Bond pattern. Dark grey grout required. Please see photos for further details. We have purchased tiles, toilet, basin, tapware, ceiling extraction fan, LED mirror and LED light. I also have a quote for the supply and install of the glass shower door. May lead to additional work when we look to build an ensuite at a later date. Location: Torbay, North Shore. Cheers
