We are selling our house which has an un consented toilet in it. A potential bidder has requested "The Purchaser requests that the toilet behind the main bathroom door be removed prior to settlement. All work is to be carried out in a thorough and tradesman-like manner with good quality materials." I'm clarifying what this means in regards to the plumbing, but quotes that range from minimum to complete welcome. Thanks!
