Guttering and Bay Window renovation
Job description
We have a new kitchen to install in our 24 year old cedar house, but before that get's done we need to fix the guttering and Bay Window of the kitchen so the water doesn't come inside in a downpour, like it has been doing for the last 5 years! Above the bay window has been water damaged so we suspect the framing and wall above the window will need to be rebuilt, and if possible we'd like to cut back the interior wall between the kitchen and dining room about a metre. We have bush on the kitchen side of the house, and the ground slopes quite a bit so scaffolding will be needed. We think we have a scaffolder so really just need someone to fix the guttering and bay window so we can then move on to getting the kitchen installed and other things done in the house. If you think you can help with both jobs that would be fantastic, but we primarily need the bay-window and guttering done before we can move on. Only the guttering on the kitchen side of the house needs doing. We think it needs to be cambered correctly and may need a couple of overflow outlets relocated. We would like to get this done as soon as possible.
