"Thank you .In reply to your criticism. I have customers booked weeks in advance and had already rearranged my work to suit your schedule. This was despite being held up by your plumber and having to go to the other side of town to obtain a product that was not stocked at a supplier close by. The shower liner you required fitting was not part of the original job you asked me to do. I did give you a company I use that would supply and fit the liner. I was paid on completion ."
