Job description
Remove existing shower/bath/vanity/vinyl, Prep for new shower/bath/vanity (same location, all supplied), Move powerpoint, New extractor (supplied) to outside (curently into roof), plaster/paint bathroom and toilet next door, Install flooring both (vinyl planking already purchased), fit out + new towel rail (same location, supplied)

Malcolm is nice guy who knows what he is doing and made the process super easy. He did demolition, painting, flooring and finishing himself. But brought in an electrician, plasterer and plumber as needed.
