Looking for a quote for a structural wall removal inside the house adjoining kitchen and lounge. Standard brick and tile 1970s, two bed unit house. Happy if required to have a drop down beam to support the rest of the structure and a vertical post. Would be a span 'gap' of 3300mm. Doesn't have to be fully finished, as will be renovating kitchen but need the wall gone and structurally sound. Ill finish the rest.
