Job description
Complete bathroom/ensuite renovation of upstairs area. Currently has a shower, toilet and vanity with floor tiles. Preference will be given for builders with proven bathroom experience, related feedback/reviews and insurance coverage. Requirements - update to a modern bathroom: -New walk in fully tiled shower with large glass frame and S/S tray. -New toilet. -New vanity and sink - possibly floating style. -New heated mirror with LED inbuilt lights or similar. -New heated S/S towel rail. -Update lighting or suggest widening of existing window. -Extractor fan required. -Full floor to ceiling tile or similar. -Complete repaint of ceiling.
