Budget bathroom renovation

Hello! I need a renovation for my bathroom. The bathroom & toilet are in working condition - but I hope it can be improved for a more modern look. Not hoping for a major haul, just a basic upgrade will do Things I want to get done: 1. Changing the shower head to slide & shower with mixer (random pics from bunnings are attached) 2. Changing the cabinet, mirror, basin 3. Changing the toilet suite 4. I am not sure about this - but can the tiles, bathtub, shower area, & toilet's basin be painted white? As we are moving to the house soon and I have a baby, we're under a bit of time constraint - hoping to get these done by 15 Apr, if possible. So please include time (how long) you need for the work. If you have any advise or idea for the basic upgrade as long as it doesn't cost too much - let me know as I'm a complete noob in bathroom renovation.
