Christine's shower

I have an acrylic shower and base. It is leaking at the front/side. The water is wicking up into the side wood and plaster and into the wooden floor. There is no water on the surface. The plastic at the bottom on the shower door is broken and could be the cause combined with silicone needing a redo. I find it hard to slide the shower door plastic piece out.
