Bathroom renovation

I have a 2 storey 70's home. We are looking to upgrade the existing downstairs bathroom. It is currently just an old toilet and small vanity. We would like to move the internal (timber) wall and door to make the room bigger and to install a new shower ( --- ). We will replace the loo and vanity also. New bathroom size will be approx 1.7x1.8m (see last pics). The work will include building and installation, stopping, plumbing x3 and electrical for lighting and new fan. This is a concrete base with block external wall and I would prefer to cut in order to lower the shower tray. This will be the spare room bathroom so seeking a simple and cost effective solution. Looking for someone who is experienced and tidy. Not super urgent but would be ideal to agree and commit this year and for work to start end of Jan '19.
