Attach external bathroom fan cover / cowl

Need to reattach a cover to my bathroom extractor fan, as pictured (circular hole above bedroom window). Note that the hole is around 7-8 metres above the deck. I have purchased a cover but it isn’t the right size, so if you can access a better fitting one that would be great. Picture of kitchen fan cowl/cover attached also, this is the same size as the one requiring fixing.
