I have a large upstairs bedroom that I want to turn into 2 bedrooms by installing a new internal wall and relocating doors a wardrobe and adding a new wardrobe. Potentially the some stripping back of internal walls to add insulation as well. Downstairs I need a new wall built to create a hallway, a wardrobe removed from one room and a bedroom access doorway and wardrobe built/relocated in another room. Some electrical work to replace/relocate plug sockets and potentially double glazing as well
