Half Completed Kitchen Reno Waiting for a Skilled & Honest Tradie to Wrap It Up
Job description
The last tradie walked out on us with a 50% completed job while trying to jack up the price, we have purchased all materials so we only require your excellent craftsmanship and honesty to finish it off. All the pipeline layout has been done along with the installation of a shower unit. What was left to complete: 1) Installation of a Flash Toilet Suite (Toilet Suite provided) 2) Installation of a Vanity Unit (Material provided) 3) Installation of a Hot Water Cylinder (Cylinder provided with copper pipes provided, pipeline readilly installed) 4) Framing and Gibbing the ceiling with Waterproof material 5) Tiling (Approximately 15 pieces, Tiles Provided) 6) Removal of Debris (Rubbish) from the previous fittings (Currently sitting on the grass) We can work out the price/quotation before the job starts, however, If You Can't Stick with the Price throughout the Project, Please Do Not Even Bother Contacting Me. We also have certain expectations re the timeline required to finish the job, as illustrated, all the groundwork has been well established so in theory it shouldn't take long for you to complete. If You Can't Abide by the Deadline which You Say You Are Going to Deliver, Please Do Not Bother Contacting Me. We are not difficult people, we just require old-fashioned honesty and quality craftsmanship. If it's a job that needs to be done, it's a job worth doing. Lyall came in at a time where the other irresponsible tradie abandoned me and the project halfway. While most tradies who came in just tells me it's not doable straight to my face or quote me an outrageous figure, Lyall actually took the time out to listen to my statement and explored solutions from every angle. We managed to revamp everything, started from stretch, and the whole project wraps itself up in little under 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend his service to others
