Old bathroom needs to be ripped out, new lining, tiles, vanity and bath/shower need to be fitted. Plumbing in same place. Plus small toilet area needs retiling and new toilet fitted. Happy to buy all fittings up front to help speed up process/keep price down. Photo shows what we want, just clean and simple. White subway tiles and dark grey tile floor and white double vanity and bath with half glass door.
