Bathroom Renovation

We are looking to renovate our bathroom and toilet in our rental property, located in Browns Bay, Auckland. At the moment, the toilet and bathroom are separate rooms, and we would like to explore a new design whereby we remove the wall between the bathroom and the toilet and see if we can rearrange things to include a small bath vanity, toilet and a standalone shower. We would also like to replace the two existing windows with one new double-glazed window. We think that because we’re doing this window replacement, we are likely to require a building consent. Our tenants move out at the end of January so we are pretty much ready to go. All plumbing of this job, including the purchase of all the plumbing hardware, will be done through my brother’s company, Southern Cross Plumbing. We need somebody who can also project manage this with regard to the requirements for Auckland Council. Thanks
