Repair/replacement of swollen kitchen drawer under tap

Our drawer under the kitchen sink has been knocking against the pipe, causing leaks and the wood has swollen. We are now at the point of struggling to close the drawer without knocking the pipe and creating the leak issue again. I need help on how to repair or replace this drawer to stop the problem reoccuring.
