Replace bathroom floor

Floor in bathroom is rotten from the shower. Needs to be pulled up and replaced, not sure the extent of the floor area that needs to be replaced. Will require removing and putting back in the shower and potentially bath/sink. Open to ideas on what material to replace floor with.
