Spotswood Bathroom

The plumbing points need moving as per the bathroom plan, (exact location to be confirmed with plumbers advice of course). Units on hold include an acrylic shower, a floating plywood vanity and rotunda mixers for the sink and bath. We need plumbing instruction to determine water pressure system for the shower unit and if a greens mixer is necessary for the me to be able to wash my hair. The installation of a heated towel rail and extractor units is also required. Will perhaps also require another light fitting dependent on how the budget it feeling. Advice would be much appreciated regarding the installation of a freestanding bath compared to an inbuilt bath. We hope to be renovating ASAP in June so we can stop doubling down with rent AND mortgage.... We move in 29th of May. Short notice I know, but the auction had a 10 day close and to be honest we didn't think we would be winning the house :D
