1. Removal of bath (old cast iron tub) and shower. 2. Installation of new supplied Bath and Shower (possible rot under shower, might require piece of flooring replaced) Also bath tub plug hole too tight, might require removal from under the house. 3. Re-lining of walls, floor and bath tub cradle prepped for tiling. 4. Plumber maybe required.
