Bathroom Reno

Upstairs bathroom needs complete renovation, windows will need replacing, 2 windows may become one long one. Roofing will be needed on this section of the house (shown in photo). All new fixtures will need fitting so plumbing is necessary. New Flooring will also be needed, we are thinking linoleum or vinyl, don't want tiles. Total floor area is aprox. 3000mm x 1900mm as measured by us. Possibly wanting to change layout to make toilet and bathroom one room, and add a pocket type door. Depending on cost its also possible the second bathroom downstairs could have a revamp. The floor area of second bathroom is approx. 1600mm x 1900mm with an inset shower space. This really just needs updating. We are open to advice and any ideas to make our space great, for a good price.
