Total strip walls and celing ,2 x walls to be removed to make open plan, the kitchen was made bigger years ago and there is a 200mm step down to that part this needs to be raised to meet orginal floor height, back door to kitchen needs moving to allow for new kitchen design, window in kitchen to be removed and new one installed we have plans drawn for new kitchen
