Not BIG jobs. house is two storey weatherboard. 1920's in well established area of town. two existing bathrooms to be renovated, one at a time. owner will strip out each. carpenter required to re-gib and possible re-floor for tiles. owner available as go-for / extra hand. P;umber, Electrician and possibly tiler also required. bathroom # 1 : main bathroom - will be stripped out to bare walls and floor (if required) in preparation for installation of bath with over-bath shower; toilet and vanity unit/hand basin. prep for possible tiling of floor and maybe walls. bathroom # 2 : ensuite, upstairs. again - owner will strip out to bare framing - walls, ceiling and floor in prep for shower, toilet and vanity unit / hand basin. Some flexibility as to when work can be carried out as alternative bathrooms available.
