Remove internal wall

We are looking to remove an internal wall and install a structural beam in its place. The walls and ceiling will need re-gibbing and insulation in the walls while they're open. We'll need to replace the lino (9m2) and carpet (20m2) floor coverings. No plumbing but some electrical.
