Install new shower and waterproof ceiling panels

We’d like to install a new shower and add waterproof/mould resistant ceiling panels in the bathroom. Some of the wood next to the shower has rotten so may need a bigger shower to cover this or replace the wood. The shower is 740mm deep, 880mm width and 1890mm high There is a 325mm gap between bath and shower where the wood has gone rotten and a 120mm gap between the shower and wooden door frame where there has also been some water damage.
