Demolish old kitchen - put in new kitchen

Come and demolish old kitchen and put in a new kitchen for the rental. We have a island bench top ready to be put in and have a proposed kitset kitchen to put in if it fits. Its a small area but want it to look good and be functional - Open to ideas and recommendations. Need to get rid of waste and leave area tidy. Need to be able to visit and view the site next Tuesday 19th November am. Need to be able to start and complete the job on the week beginning 2nd-6th December. I will also be listing to refresh a bathroom in case your interested at the same site.
