Master bedroom

I have a conservatory between my dining room and master bedroom. I want to remove the wall between the bedroom and conservatory, raise the conservatory floor to match the bedroom, re roof over the two rooms and for the finishings to be done. Plans complete by a draftsman and council consent has been gained.
