plumbing relocated to another wall, not far. pantry walls taken out so can then build a simple frame to put a bench on top of with a butler sink and shelves underneath and some shelves up top. plug need moving and one put back.

was great working out what i was wanting and going with things as they changed. brilliant job thankyou. love how the pipes are in the wall mostly and so gives us heaps of space to use for things. so glad it was able to be done.
