Job description
Keen to have someone to remove existing shower. Have a rotten floor board, replace this, relocate shower plumbing to alternate wall. Reinstall new shower unit.

Workmanship was good. Estimate was given for 36 hours. I monitored the job and had a rough estimation of 21-25 hours on the job ( worst case) based on conversations via text and images I had taken. on invoice I was charged 38 hours. When challenged the partner owner Zac was extremely unprofessional. Swearing and offensive names "Prick". Called Hannah she was amazing shaved 10 hours off the job - gave other biz owner a call to discuss, still waiting for the return call. Underwhelmed
