32 Ema St laundry/toilet

Hello! We have3 jobs in a toilet/laundry/back entry area of a house. We would like to: (1) move the laundry into the alcove next to the toilet (ref pic), install narrow tub if it will fit, add wall fixing and vent for drier stack, and organize any other required electrical and plumbing (2) Repair/replace back wall lining in toilet, Install handwash basin, fix door. Paint to finish. (3) Add wall/partition + barn slider to create backstop for back door + privacy for toilet, any repairs to wall/floor to close off existing laundry tub plumbing. Understand this is a bit of work. Thanks!
