Upstairs bathroom renovation

Full bathroom renovation. 1950's house with what looks to be an old 70's reno upstairs bathroom. What looks like more recently, the bath has been removed and replaced with an oversized shower. We want to reinstall a bath, and replace the vanity and toilet. The area around the shower-to-be-bath will need re-waterproofing. The flooring is wooden floorboards, we are unsure what has been done to them in the shower area and whether they will all need replacing, if the floor needs to be redone we will tile it. We also want to repaint and put a tile splashback behind the vanity.
