Bathroom/Kitchen refit and Install en-suite.

I am purchasing a home in Masterton, 1960s build, 4 bed 1 bath home with a self contained sleep out. The main house is 160sqm and as far as I know, the kitchen in the house is original but some work may have been done to the bathroom. Plan is to renovate the kitchen to a modern standard capitalising on the open plan design of the kitchen/lounge area, renovate the exisiting bathroom to a basic standard and install an en-suite in the master bedroom, utilising space from one of the exisiting, adjacent bedrooms. The bathroom in the sleep out also requires remediation/renovation, but only to a basic standard. Attached pictures are from the real estate listing, I am not currently in possession of the house so can not get better pictures until after settlement. I would be looking to get this work done towards the end of the year, once the purchase is complete. At this stage I would only be looking for indicative quotes to allow me to plan/secure finance for the project. Thanks.
