Full House Renovation

Looking for an individual or company that can manage a full house renovation. Required, either A: just drawing plans for submission to Council, or B: offering the full package of plans and building. Renovation work includes - Adding/ removing internal walls New ensuites (x2) new kitchen replacing old pinex ceiling tiles with GIB removing old pelmets changing interior roof line in lounge replacing old joinery with double glazing (whole house) finishing work that previous owners started (family bathroom) building wardrobes replacing old style doors some exterior recladding (replacing Weatherside with cedar) extensive decking around 2 sides of house. Would like plans drawn for submission by June 2021 (am I being too optimistic?) with construction/ renovation work commencing late 2021/ early 2022.
