1/ find out if structure has a load bearing beam. 2/ Demolish existing internal walls x 2. 3/ Build a floor in new space created by wall demolition. 4/ Remove external door to internal storage space and weatherboard over the door-space. 5/ Work to be done is for a 1930s cottage. Cottage size is 50sqm.
